Train with your partner or a friend

Share the motivation, keep a personalised plan for each of you and enjoy a value-for-money ratio that is hard to beat. The ideal format when the two of you can find a slot that works.

It's not the same as a group

A plan each, even though you train together

Duo training is not a group class where everyone does the same thing. Each person has their own programme, built around their goals, level and needs. You share the session, but the plans are independent.

The coach supervises both of you throughout, corrects technique, adjusts loads and logs each person's progress separately. Quality is not diluted: it is shared. If you want more people involved, the natural step up is small group training (maximum 4).

  • Different goals for each person in the duo
  • Individual technique corrections in every session
  • Separate logging and progress tracking for each of you

Why it works

The advantages of duo training

A personal plan for each of you

Same coach, same session, but independent programming. No compromises on how personalised your training is.

Shared motivation

Training with someone you trust sends your consistency through the roof. You push each other, encourage each other and hold each other accountable.

Better value than personal training

By sharing the coach's time, the cost per person drops noticeably compared to 1:1. The same quality at a more accessible price.

No queueing

Our sites cap capacity at 8 people, so there is no waiting between exercises or for a machine; duo training gets the same uninterrupted environment.

1 One coach dedicated to you both
2 Individual plans per session
100% Personalised for each person
1 Shared slot coordinated together
Who is it for?

When duo training makes the most sense

You do not need to be at the same level or share the same goals. All you need is a compatible schedule and the will to improve together.

  • Couples: the most effective (and most enjoyable) way to make training a shared habit.
  • Friends with matching schedules: you already coordinate work and your social life, so why not the gym?
  • Siblings: a natural dynamic of healthy competition and constant mutual motivation.
  • Colleagues: before or after the working day, it quickly becomes a team ritual.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I always have to train with the same person?

Yes. The plan is designed for the two of you, so we need consistency. If your partner stops training, we can find you another one or move you into small group training.

What if our levels are very different?

Not a problem. Each of you has your own progression within the same session. The coach adjusts loads, exercises and rest periods for each person.

Is it cheaper than personal training?

Yes. By sharing the session with a partner, the price per person drops compared to 1:1 while keeping the same quality and coach attention.

Can I train with my partner or a friend?

Of course. Duo training works brilliantly with your partner, a family member, a colleague or a friend. It works best when your schedules and your commitment are similar.
