Personal training (1:1)
The format with maximum attention and maximum flexibility. A coach dedicated to you alone in every session, a plan updated week by week and constant adjustments so you never lose momentum.
Your coach, your plan, your pace
In personal training there are no distractions and no dead time. Your coach is 100% present on every rep, adjusting technique, load and intensity in real time.
- Undivided attention: your coach is not looking after anyone else during your session. You are the focus.
- Constant adjustments: if something in your plan is not working, it changes before the next session. No waiting. All within our weekly review methodology.
- Complete scheduling flexibility: we coordinate your times around your week. Last-minute changes are not a problem.
- Close follow-up: direct access to your assigned coach between sessions for questions, feedback or changes to your routine.
Three situations where 1:1 is the right call
Not everyone needs the same format. Personal training is the one for you if any of these sound familiar.
You want a premium service
You want the best possible experience, with no compromises. An exclusive service where every detail is designed for you and only you.
You've never trained before
If you are starting from zero, the priority is building solid technical foundations. 1:1 is the ideal setting to learn the movements properly before moving into a small group.
You're coming back from injury
You have or have had an injury that limits your training. You need individual supervision to recover and progress safely. Start with a free initial assessment.
How it fits into your life without becoming another burden
We know you have meetings, trips and things that come up. That is why the 1:1 format has no fixed, immovable timetable: we coordinate the week with you and adapt.
A typical week is usually 2 or 3 sixty-minute sessions spread around your diary. If one week you only have room for 1, we adjust the plan. If another week you can fit in 4, we make the most of it.
- No penalty for schedule changes made with reasonable notice
- 60-minute sessions: enough time, without dragging on unnecessarily
- Plan updated every week around your progress and your availability

Frequently asked questions
What does one-to-one personal training include?
1:1 sessions with your coach, a plan updated every week, technique correction on every rep, regular strength and body composition testing, and direct contact with your coach between sessions.
How many days a week do I need to train?
Two to three days a week is typical. With 2 sessions you already see results; with 3 the progress accelerates. Beyond 4 sessions the marginal return starts to drop.
Is it for beginners or for advanced trainees?
Both. The plan is built from your current level: if you have never trained, we start with basic technique; if you are coming from another gym, we get you out of the plateau.
Can I change coach if we don't click?
Yes, no problem at all. We work as a team and any coach can pick up your programming. If the first match does not work, we move you to another coach.
