A clear process to get you to your goal
From the first conversation to the goal achieved. Nothing is improvised: every step has a reason and every adjustment has evidence behind it.
Our methodology on video
The 5 steps of our method
A linear, transparent process. You always know where you are and where you are heading.
Free consultation and initial assessment
We spend a full hour getting to know your goals, reviewing your medical history, assessing your current fitness and working out how much weekly training and what approach you actually need. No cost, no obligation. Book your free trial class to get started.
Your coach, your schedule
We match you with a coach and a service, 1:1 or small group training, that fits your diary and your goal. We follow you closely and fine-tune your plan every week based on how you respond to training.
Better habits and nutritional guidance
You get nutritional guidance built around your goal, whether that is building muscle or losing fat, with no absurd diets or restrictions you cannot sustain. Habits first, results after.
Measured, controlled progress
We run regular anthropometric assessments and strength tests to make sure the goals are being met. The numbers do not lie: if something is not moving, we adjust it.
Goal achieved
Our job is done when you hit the goals we set in that first conversation. Your coach maps out the best route to get there, and keeps you there once you arrive.
Close supervision, constant adjustments
Most gyms hand you a routine and leave you to it. We do the opposite: every week we review how you are doing, what has worked and what needs to change. Álex Saiz built this tracking system on the back of more than 10 years of coaching.
Evidence-based training is not just a principle here: it is the criterion we use to design every session, choose every exercise and make every decision, in strength training as much as in functional work.
- Fully personalised programming, never generic routines
- Weekly adjustments based on how you actually respond
- Supervision on every rep, not just on your first session
- Continuous measurement so we know the progress is real
What we measure as we go
What does not get measured does not improve. That is why we track several indicators throughout the process.
Anthropometry
Girths, skinfolds and body composition. Objective data on how your body changes over time.
Strength tests
Estimated 1RM on the big lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift). The number does not lie: if the bar goes up, you are improving.
Mobility and stability
Functional assessment of the key movement patterns. We spot limitations before they turn into injuries.
Ready to get started?
The first assessment is free. One hour with you to understand where you are and design the plan that takes you where you want to be.
Questions about the process
Is the initial assessment really free?
Yes, completely. It is a full hour at no cost and with no obligation, where we get to know you, assess your starting point and explain how we can help. At the end we suggest the format that fits you best, with zero pressure.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on your starting point, your goal and your consistency. As a rule, the first measurable changes (strength, technique, body composition) show up between weeks 6 and 12. We set milestones along the way so progress stays visible and motivating.
Do weekly adjustments mean changing the whole plan?
No. The adjustments are precise and surgical: they might be volume, intensity, an accessory exercise or simply technique. The plan has a structure we respect; it is the details that get refined week by week.
What if I have an injury or a physical limitation?
We factor it in from the first conversation. We have coaches who specialise in return-to-training work, and we swap out any exercise or load that is not safe for your situation. Technique and safety always come first.
Your goal starts with a conversation
